Userspace Inc. (“Userspace,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides secure, consent-driven health data Cloudlet™ infrastructure for patients, medical practices, and developers. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services (collectively, the “Services”) through our website, applications, APIs, and other platforms operated by Userspace.
1. SCOPE
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect in connection with our Services. Some Userspace offerings may be governed by additional agreements (e.g., HIPAA Business Associate Agreements). If such an agreement exists, it will govern in the event of conflict.

Health Data: If you upload or link health data into your Cloudlet™, that information is treated as confidential and subject to enhanced protections.
Information Collected Automatically
Device & Usage Info: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring URLs, and site interaction data.
Cookies & Analytics: We use cookies and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to understand usage trends and improve the Services.
Note: We do not currently use behavioral advertising technologies or third-party ad tracking. If added in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.
Information from Other Sources
We may supplement your information with data from third-party services if you connect external accounts (e.g., EHR integrations).
We do not currently support third-party login/authentication (e.g., Google/Facebook), but may revisit this in future.

Userspace does not currently share personal information with third-party advertisers or behavioral targeting partners.
We may offer tools to refer others or share data from your Cloudlet™ (e.g., referral programs or provider data sharing). These are controlled by you, and your use of them is optional.
